Hudson Town field locations HYSA - Field Map
From the North: Take Rt. 495 to Exit 26, follow Rt. 62 east into Hudson Center. go 1/2 way around the rotary, continue over river on Washington Street and take first right by Armory on Park Street. Follow along Park Street 3/4 of a mile to High School on right.
From South and West: Follow I 290 connector to the end at Rt 85. Take the left on Rt 85 (Washington St) at the light by shopping plaza. Go almost 3/4 miles and turn left on Brigham Street (a little past Dunkins Donuts on left). Go to the end of Brigham Street and make a left. High School is 1/4 mile on right.
Parking: Primary parking lot is at high school entrance. Secondary (sports complex) parking lot is on Marlboro Road 1/4 mile further on the right then 1/4 mile on the right across from the baseball fields.
From North: Take Rt. 495 to Exit 26, follow Rt. 62 east into Hudson Center. go ¾ of the way around the rotary, continue along Main Street then follow for three blocks to light. Take a left at lights onto Manning Street, JFK Jr. High School is ¾ mile on right, just past Cox Street intersection (light).
From East, take Route 62 W to Hudson Center, take right on Manning Street across from Shell Gas Station.
From South and West: Follow I 290 connector to the end at Rt 85. Take the left on Rt 85 (Washington St) at the light by shopping plaza. Go 1/4 mile and turn right on Broad Street by Mobil Gas Station. Follow Broad Street 3/4 mile to Main Street by Shell Gas Station. Continue straight ahead on Manning Street JFK Jr. High School is ¾ mile on right, just past Cox Street intersection (light).
From Stow Center take 117 west to Hudson Rd. Take Hudson road into Hudson which eventually becomes Cox St. At the first traffic light take a right onto Manning St. JFK School will be on the right.
From North: Take Rt. 495 to Exit 26, follow Rt. 62 east into Hudson Center. go ¾ of the way around the rotary, continue along Main Street for approx. 2 1/2 miles to field on right.
From East, take Route 62 W to Main St Hudson take left on Main Street (where Rt 62 makes a hard right near Mobil Gas Station go left instead). Continue along Main Street for approx. 1 mile to field on right.
From South and West: Follow I 290 connector to the end at Rt 85. Take the left on Rt 85 (Washington St) at the light by shopping plaza. Go 1/4 mile and turn right on Broad Street by Mobil Gas Station. Follow Broad Street 3/4 mile to Main Street by Shell Gas Station. Turn right on Main Street continue along Main Street for approx. 2 miles to field on right.
Notes:
1. Once past Ferjulian’s Farm Stand on left, Sauta Field is ½ mile on right.
2. From Hudson Center traveling on Main Street do not take Rt 62 East continue straight ahead on Main Street.
AVYSL Field Maps
Hudson: All Hudson home games are played at JFK Middle School located on Manning St.
Maynard: All games are at Rockland Field. Take Route 27 north from Maynard Center. Across from the Maynard Country Club take a hard left onto Acton St. followed by an immediate right on to Rockland Ave. Follow this dirt road and Rockland field is about ½ mile on the right.
Stow: All games are at the Stow Center School. Go to Stow Center, via Rt. 62, take a left onto Rt. 117 west, then ½ block on your right, past the old town hall, take a right into the Stow Center school parking lot. A convenience store is across the street.
Subject: Corrections to field names in NVYSL schedule To town reps:
Attached please find an Excel spreadsheet with changes made to the field names which you submitted originally when registering your teams. In most cases, the field matches one already in the list of fields on the NVYSL web site, or it represents a dividing in two of a field already there. In a few cases, I was able to locate the field and add it to the list, along with its approximate or actual street address. Please note that in some cases, I have changed the name of the field on the web site to identify more clearly where it is, e.g. Lunenburg HS A.
Note to Littleton:
Two U10 teams in the schedule play at a field TBD. The book has gone to print that way, but you need to identify the field in the list and indicate where it is.
Note to Oakmont:
I have no clue where Landry Field is. You need to add its address to the field already shown in the list.
Note to all:
Accuracy counts. Computers are very unforgiving and the field names need to match exactly the names shown on the web site. For next fall, we will need to use absolutely standardized field names, and we'll figure out how to eliminate errors much earlier in the process.Also, over time, there will be more and more fields added. Some fields are used only in the spring. Some fields are currently out of service. As I best understand it, once a field is named, the name stays the same for the entire season, else it messes up the on-line schedule if changed. Bob Siegel, as web site developer, can correct this, if I have misunderstood.
