Subject: Soccer Kicks for CancerSeveral years ago, acting in conjunction with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the late general manager of the New England Revolution, Todd smith, created the Soccer Kicks for Cancer program. This program was designed to improve the technical ability of your players while at the same time raising money to help wage war against cancer, particularly cancer in children.
Mass Youth Soccer has been one of the leaders in the soccer community in its support for thisy program. I hope you will encourage all of your teams to pick up the challenge and participate in this program this spring. Here is a direct link for your teams to sign up and help:
All the materials will be provided by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, it is easy and will do so much good.

Nashoba Valley Youth Soccer League Nashoba Valley Youth Soccer League 8v8 Bylaws NVYSL will be playing 8v8 for all U12 teams and for all HS teams this fall. The 8v8 rules are at this link NVYSL_8v8 Bylaw 05 04 26.doc. Everything is the same as 11v11 unless expressly stated in the 8v8 rules.
In particular the roster size is:
For 8v8 play the maximum size for a team is 15. League recommended size is no more than 13 players.
